TrassaHub is a platform that connects truck drivers and trucking-related businesses with each other. TrassaHub does not provide trucking, brokerage, freight, or transportation services itself, and is not a party to any load, sale, service, or other arrangement made between users.
Listings, posts, comments, photos, messages, and other content on TrassaHub are submitted by users, not by TrassaHub. We do not review content for accuracy before it is posted, and we make no guarantee that any listing, post, or comment is accurate, current, or complete.
TrassaHub does not verify the identity, credentials, licensing, insurance, or legitimacy of any user or business on the platform, and does not endorse any user, business, load, or listing. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and doing your own due diligence before relying on or transacting with anyone you find on TrassaHub.
Any load, sale, purchase, service, or other transaction arranged through TrassaHub is solely between the users involved — including services offered by third-party businesses (mechanics, tire shops, truck parking, warehouses, cross-docks), and trucks, trailers, and parts listed for sale. These businesses and sellers are independent third parties, not TrassaHub employees, agents, or partners. TrassaHub is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for their performance, quality, safety, condition, legality, or outcome, including any disputes, damages, injuries, or losses that result.
Information about loads, truck stops, weigh stations, rest areas, routes, driving directions, and other navigation or location data is provided for general convenience only. This information may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, and TrassaHub is not responsible for any consequence of relying on it, including missed turns, road closures, low clearances, weight restrictions, or other hazards. Always verify independently, follow posted signage and applicable law, and use your own judgment, especially for routing, parking, and weigh station status.
The Careers section lets users post job openings and post profiles saying they are open to work. TrassaHub is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or employment agency, and is not a party to any hiring, employment, or contracting relationship. Job postings and profiles are written by users; TrassaHub does not verify that a job exists, that an employer is legitimate, or that a candidate's qualifications, licenses, or work history are accurate, and does not guarantee that any posting or profile will result in a job, a hire, or a response. Do your own due diligence, never send money to obtain a job, and be cautious about sharing sensitive personal information.
If you post a job or a profile, you are responsible for its accuracy and for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws on hiring, wages, licensing, and equal employment opportunity. Postings and profiles may not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected by law. Contact details shown to logged-in users are provided so that people can respond to a posting or profile; you may not use them to send spam or unsolicited advertising, to harvest or resell them, or to contact someone for a purpose unrelated to the posting.
Postings and profiles that are not renewed stop appearing in search after a period of time. You can renew, edit, or delete them at any time, and you can flag any posting or profile that looks fake, inappropriate, or misleading.
The "Business for sale" category of Careers is for owners who want to sell an entire business. Because this category is a common target for scams, listings require a one-time listing fee, paid through our payment provider, and stay hidden until the fee is paid. A business-for-sale listing does not expire on a schedule: it stays up until you delete it yourself, or until it is verified online that the business has been sold or has closed, in which case TrassaHub may remove it. Please delete your listing once the business is sold or closed. Listings are published exactly as you enter them. If a technical error on our side causes your listing to be published differently from what you submitted (for example, wrong or missing details, the wrong category, or a duplicate), contact us with proof of what you submitted, such as a screenshot, and we will fix it or refund the listing fee. Because you control what you enter, the listing fee is not refunded for mistakes in the information you provide, if you change your mind, if you delete your listing, or if the business is sold or closes, except where the law requires otherwise. Paying the fee does not mean TrassaHub has verified the business, the seller, the price, or any claim in the listing. TrassaHub is not a broker or agent in any sale and is not responsible for any purchase, financing, or transfer of a business. Verify everything independently and consult your own legal, financial, and tax advisors before sending money or signing anything.
You may not use TrassaHub to harass, threaten, or discriminate against another user; to defraud or attempt to defraud another user or business; or to post false, misleading, or unlawful content. Violating this may result in content removal and/or suspension or termination of your account.
General Chat, comments, and similar discussion areas are open forums where users post their own messages, photos, and opinions. TrassaHub does not review this content before it is posted and cannot guarantee it will be accurate, appropriate, or free of offensive, inaccurate, or objectionable material. Viewing and participating in these areas is at your own risk. TrassaHub disclaims all responsibility for user-generated content, while reserving the right (but not the obligation) to remove content or restrict users who violate these Terms.
TrassaHub is open to all drivers and businesses regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or other characteristic protected by law. We do not tolerate discriminatory content or conduct on the platform.
TrassaHub may remove any content and may suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, including for violating these Terms or for content or conduct we determine is harmful to the community.
TrassaHub is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. TrassaHub does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content, listing, or information on it is accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrassaHub and its owners, operators, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of TrassaHub, any transaction or interaction with another user or business, or any content posted on the platform — even if TrassaHub has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, TrassaHub's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid TrassaHub in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrassaHub and its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of TrassaHub, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions or transactions with other users or businesses found through the platform.
